Utah Business Builders Series Announces April Event, "Thriving in Today's Economy"
"Thriving in Today's Economy," a conference focused on sales and marketing, financial management and legal affairs for small- and medium-sized businesses will take place Tuesday, April 21, 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. at SLCC College's Miller Campus in Sandy.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, April 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Utah Business Builder Series today announced its April event, "Thriving in Today's Economy," a conference focused on sales and marketing, financial management and legal affairs for small- and medium-sized businesses. The event will take place Tuesday, April 21, 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., at Salt Lake Community College's Miller Campus in Sandy.

In this time of economic uncertainty, business owners and senior executives are facing unfamiliar challenges and often don't know where to look for advice. The Business Builders Series gives these executives insightful tools, techniques and expertise to apply to their businesses. The seminar starts with a continental breakfast followed by 30-minute presentations on core business topics and breakout sessions that detail practical steps for impacting business.

MountainWest Capital Network 2009 entrepreneur of the year, venture capitalist and philanthropist Alan Hall, will host the event. The seminar and breakout sessions will be led by prominent Utah business leaders, Bruce Law, founder and CEO of Sprout Marketing, Jim Bennett, founder and CFO of NOW Advisors, and Jeffrey Jones, founder of Durham Jones & Pinegar.
