Local Real Estate Educator and Author to House Struggling Utahns
Mike Watson Investing to hold InvestStrong charity event, providing two days of free investing education in exchange for donations.
/Utah News Articles/ - PROVO, UT, June 29, 2008 -- Real estate investing educator, Mike Watson, will provide two free days of investing education at his InvestStrong charity event in Salt Lake City this July.
Watson, CEO of both Mike Watson Investing and InvestStrong, founded the charity to provide housing for families faced with major crises. In the last year, InvestStrong has provided over $10,000 to help provide housing for Utah families.
"We're just getting started," said Watson. "We know there are a lot of people who are hurting and we want to help them get back on their feet."
Watson's charity event is also intended to provide a much needed boost for real estate professionals who are struggling with the floundering national market. The instruction provided at the charity event will be identical to his real estate investing Boot Camp.
"To make it possible for them to turn things around, we're giving two free tickets with a minimum donation of $25 to InvestStrong," said Watson.
"Many real estate professionals are struggling to make ends meet," Watson continues, "we want to show them there's a better way of doing business, but those who need it most can't afford the $999 price tag for the Highest and Best Real Estate Investing Boot Camp. Providing free tickets to stimulate donations is our way of killing two birds with one stone."
The event will be held July 7-8 at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center on West Temple.
The InvestStrong charity event follows the success of Watson's latest book, "The Highest and Best Real Estate Investment: How to Make Million Dollar Profits in the 21st Century" which recently became an Amazon.com Bestseller and landed a place on Amazon's list of "Movers and Shakers."
