ZYTO Corp. has announced that it has entered into a strategic marketing agreement with XYMOGEN for the sale of ZYTO technology to XYMOGEN customers. The joint marketing agreement brings higher sales revenues to both companies.

/Utah News Articles/ - OREM, UT, July 28, 2007 - ZYTO Corp. (OTC - ZYTC.pk) has announced a strategic marketing alliance with XYMOGEN, Inc. of Orlando, FL for the sale of ZYTO (tm) technology to the healthcare practitioners who are customers of XYMOGEN.

The marketing arrangement is expected to bring increased revenues to both companies, according to Dr. Vaughn R. Cook, OMD, president and founder of Zyto Corp.

"The use of ZYTO technology by the healthcare practitioners who use XYMOGEN formulas for their patients and clients will bring higher sales to both companies. ZYTO will benefit from the sales of our technology, and XYMOGEN will benefit because healthcare practitioners will use ZYTO technology to help them determine what XYMOGEN formulas will be best for their clients and patients," explained Cook.
