/24-7PressRelease/ - KAYSVILLE, UT, September 02, 2006 - AHACPA announced the offering of Update CPE Courses for Professionals specializing in audits of Multifamily Projects and FHA Mortgage Lenders, as well as a Multifamily Annual Conference.

"Our courses are some of the few offered in the United States focusing on the HUD-housing industry. Our goal is to bring the expertise of our REAC and LASS submission to those attending, as well as providing early warning for changes that are about to take place," said Les Sparks, President of AHACPA.

Beginning in September, through the remainder of 2006, AHACPA is offering several Update Courses across the U.S. to provide professionals the most timely, relevant and reliable HUD Multifamily updates regarding the most recent accounting, audit and electronic submission requirements - as well as how to efficiently implement the requirements.

In addition, in September, through the remainder of 2006, the AHACPA is offering several Update Courses across the U.S. to provide professionals the most timely, relevant and reliable HUD-approved FHA Lender information and tools. The FHA Lender Update courses will address FHA Lender program accounting, audit and electronic submission requirements, as well as provide guidance on how to best implement.

The Annual Multifamily Financial Conference, being held in Las Vegas November 29th and 30th, will present the most comprehensive HUD Multifamily financial information and guidance available. This two-day conference features nationally recognized speakers and representatives from HUD/REAC. The Multifamily Conference is being hosted at the Aladdin Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
